Cheese Attempt Gone Wrong: What to Do?
If your curdling process has gone awry, don't worry. There are several ways to troubleshoot and salvage your curd. For instance, you might be able to adjust the temperature, pH, or ingredients to correct the texture and taste. Consider adding more acid if the curd hasn’t set properly, or straining out excess whey if it's too liquid. Each problem has a specific solution that can help you get back on track.
For detailed troubleshooting steps, feel free to ask!

Looks great! Will make tomorrow. Thanks so much!

Hello brother, why did you wax and seal the new wine (I say because of oxygen and cork) didn't you seal it early?
Only because it’s more nice and I want to be sure that doesn’t open or air enter
Wonderful, I'm in fiji and this wine recipe works just perfect for me.
Spectacular 🥳👍🏼
But u r not use Yeast
Yes 👍🏼 I am using it
In the first fermentation, why don't you close the lid and put airlock like you did for banana wine?
At the beginning you can use both techniques
Looks like a great machine! I’m impressed!😊
👍🏼 I will try it with other nuts and with olives
When i transfer from first fermenter to secondary fermenter, should i have sediments in to secondary fermenter?
No , you move the wine in the second fermenter to remove the sediment
How long can you keep in the fridge?
2 or 3 weeks
What is the different between the pineapple wine you post here to the other ones you posted 6 years ago. Are there any significant in taste, fizziness or bubbling by using different mixture of sugwr palm/brown instead of only white sugar?
Different yeast different result
Is the weight ratio here for a soft bottarga that slices easy but clogs up the grater? I prefer it more dried out. Wondering how much more weight or days in the fridge for bottarga that grates nice and dry.
You should try and find the right amount of days because every fridge are different
I love ur honesty …yes Santa is a myth ….

When I was like 13, I made jugs of hard cider in my basement. Me and my friends always had booze available. Very delicious. The government might stop minors from buying alcohol, but it can’t stop clever teenagers from making it themselves!😂
😱 please drink with moderation

i followed his "recipe" exactly and i used 1 x medium size egg egg yolk, 1 tablespoon distilled water, 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar and it saved my watery mayo, it emulsified in like 5 seconds. Thank you!
Welcome 😉
Hello, I just watched your video again and I still have a very important question, when you are at the 1st temperature of 72° do you turn off the heat under the bowl? and the same for the other 2 temperatures, you turn off the heat each time, thank you for your answer, I ordered the ham this morning for the beginning of the week!! thank you again
Yes 👍🏼 you should try to keep that temperature, so on and off the stove
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato merci 🙏

To remove the fake bubbles 🫧

Con le arachidi salate? :/
Si 😂 avevo solo quelle ma nel prossimo video uso le noci 😉
Dear Chef, this product looks cool but well the issue is most of the nuts like walnuts, almonds, cashews have their oils already taken out. One of the reasons why one sees price disparity when buying same stuff having different rates. Well that's how things are in India. 🤷♂️
Do mean they have been "roasted"? How do they remove the oil without damaging the nut?
@@jacobgoldsbury By passing nuts through steam and then separating steam which contains water + oil and then slightly roasting nuts. Or by utilising centrifugal action in drums.
Not in Italy 😬 sorry, but in India should be easy to find fresh peanuts 🥜
That’s cool ! Can you press the olives in it with the seed or just the olives without the seed ?
I am not sure 🤔 but I will try when it is the season
Can this work with brandy/cognac?
Yes 👍🏼

So delicious

This is the simplest, straight to the point, best instructional video I’ve found on home brewing. Not saying other home brewing videos aren’t great, it’s just that this one is such well structured.
Thanks my dear 👍🏼🤩🍺
the reason why the raisins did not ferment is because you don’t have much raisin content it is purely water with a little bit of raisin juice, it is better to keep the raisins inside the bottle and it will ferment so fast and adding sugar will make it taste so good and smell otherworldly
Thanks for the advice 👍🏼🙂
If this is gone wrong, I'd like to see gone right ... Nicely done, meastro!
Thanks 😉👍🏼
