Cheese Attempt Gone Wrong: What to Do?
If your curdling process has gone awry, don't worry. There are several ways to troubleshoot and salvage your curd. For instance, you might be able to adjust the temperature, pH, or ingredients to correct the texture and taste. Consider adding more acid if the curd hasn’t set properly, or straining out excess whey if it's too liquid. Each problem has a specific solution that can help you get back on track.
For detailed troubleshooting steps, feel free to ask!

Is the weight ratio here for a soft bottarga that slices easy but clogs up the grater? I prefer it more dried out. Wondering how much more weight or days in the fridge for bottarga that grates nice and dry.

Dear Chef, this product looks cool but well the issue is most of the nuts like walnuts, almonds, cashews have their oils already taken out. One of the reasons why one sees price disparity when buying same stuff having different rates. Well that's how things are in India. 🤷‍♂️

the reason why the raisins did not ferment is because you don’t have much raisin content it is purely water with a little bit of raisin juice, it is better to keep the raisins inside the bottle and it will ferment so fast and adding sugar will make it taste so good and smell otherworldly
